“I have worked out at several clubs throughout Oakville and Mississauga. One Health Clubs is top of the line and I highly recommend. Friendly staff and the personal training is fantastic. Highly skilled and educated in all facets of ones overall health.”

"I was never into sports or much of an athlete growing up. Muscle mass was hard for me to put on. The equipment and environment here have kept me focused on packing on some muscle. Even without signing up for direct one-on-one training, friendly staff have given me tips and tricks to help propel me forward on my path. "

Being a previous member of One Health Clubs (moved out of province during COVID), I always talked about this gym to people out west and how much I missed it. Moving back to Mississauga, it was a natural solution to know to come back to it! The goal is naturally for strength/weight loss. Still, I think, more importantly, understanding what nutrition/cardio/lifting/does for one’s mental health in today’s chaotic world will allow our bodies to achieve a healthy mindset, body & soul!

“One goal I was looking to reach was improving on my core strength, the club helped me stay motivated and created a workout plan as well as a nutritional plan to help me reach my goal.”
