Hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to! First off, the cleanliness is outstanding—everything is spotless, which is incredibly important to me as someone who’s particular about hygiene. Second, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and completely non-judgmental. I was nervous about returning to the gym after having a baby and gaining weight, but I never once felt out of place. The members are diverse in age, size, and background, and the overall vibe is mature, respectful, and supportive. Third, the variety of classes is amazing! There are so many to choose from. OHC has top-notch facilities! Great steam room, sauna, and spa. Excited about cold plunge tubs coming soon. I use the pickleball setup 3 times a week (7 courts in total) and the courts are the best I've ever played on. The pickleball coaches, are pro players and exceptional. They're knowledgeable, friendly, and create a elite atmosphere.

One Health Mississauga is a great facility. The weight room, machines and other equipment are all high quality. Everything is kept neat and clean! (an underrated quality of a gym IMO) Staff are consistently sweeping, vacuuming, wiping down and organizing equipment. Finally, the pickleball courts are top notch. The community of players are welcoming and inclusive. Plus the coaches are fantastic! Very knowledgeable and can teach any level. I highly recommend taking a lesson from Jonas, Diego or Natalie if you’re looking to improve your game!

Who is eligible for the $99 Diamond Access Trial?

This trial is open to new guests aged 24 or older who have not previously held a membership or trial at One Health Clubs. Local residents only. Valid government-issued ID required at check-in.

What does “Diamond Tier access” include?

Diamond access gives you unlimited use of our most exclusive services for 7 days—Hot Yoga, Reformer Pilates, Spin, Boxing, Group Fitness, Gym1 Small Group Training, plus full access to our fitness floor, pool, sauna, steam room, whirlpool, and café.

Do I get my $99 back if I decide to join?

Yes! If you become a member before your trial ends, we’ll credit your $99 toward your joining fee or first membership payment.

Is there a commitment or auto-renewal?

Nope. The $99 Diamond Trial is a one-time, no-obligation offer. There’s no auto-renewal or hidden fees. You’ll only be charged again if you choose to join.

What happens after I fill out the form?

You’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps. A team member will reach out to welcome you, answer any questions, and schedule your first visit.

Can I book classes during the trial?

Absolutely! Once activated, your 7-day trial gives you full booking access to Diamond-level classes. We recommend booking early, as many sessions fill up fast.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Please bring a government-issued ID, clean indoor workout shoes, and your own yoga mat (if attending Hot Yoga). Towels and lockers are provided.
