GYM1 Training is a science-based training system all about building relevance into every rep of every set of every workout. It's designed for any fitness level at any age, from time-starved moms and dads, to aging bodies, weekend warriors, and more.

At Gym1, our small group personal training ensures a focused 4 to 1 client-to-trainer ratio, offering personalized attention and tailored workouts for more effective results. Experience the perfect blend of individualized guidance and group motivation in every session.

Each client has access to their own fully equipped, dedicated workout station, featuring Keiser Functional Trainers, Keiser Squat Pro / Lower Body System, Atlantis adjustable benches, Schwinn spin bikes, Umax dumbbell sets ranging from 5 to 50 lbs, TRX Suspension Systems, and Reebok steps. Additional ancillary equipment includes weight sleds, slam balls, kettlebells, battle ropes, bands, and more.

The Gym1 Training program at One Health Clubs, designed by industry experts, is grounded in scientific principles for safe and effective exercise results. It emphasizes precise execution in the order of exercise movements, tempo, resistance load, duration of exercise and rest periods, and the specific number of sets and reps.
